Access And Availability

  • Mystery Chess is an online game and may be interrupted for maintenance, deployment, security, incidents, platform issues, or capacity limits.
  • Features, ratings, AI behavior, and match data may change as the game improves.
  • Access can be paused or restricted when needed to protect players or the service.

Player Rules

  • Do not abuse bugs, automate play, harass players, or disrupt service.
  • Do not impersonate other players or staff.
  • Report serious gameplay bugs instead of exploiting them.

Bots And AI

  • Practice and fallback matches may be played against computer-controlled opponents.
  • Bot strength and behavior can change as the game improves.
  • AI and analysis surfaces are for gameplay assistance and learning, not guaranteed results.

Ratings And Matches

  • Ratings may be corrected, reset, or removed when needed for testing, integrity, or abuse prevention.
  • Matches may be logged for gameplay integrity, debugging, support, and product improvement.
  • Tester Launch play centers on website sign-ins, 12x12 Mystery Chess, pre-game formations, real-time strategy, and AI practice.

Tournaments And Commerce

  • Mystery Chess offers ordinary and rated free-entry tournaments. Tournament participation, brackets, results, winners, and ratings are separate from purchases.
  • No sponsor-funded, cash-prize, test-prize, paid-entry, wallet, balance, deposit, withdrawal, or tournament-payout function is offered.
  • Website subscriptions and fixed digital cosmetics use Razorpay; Android digital purchases use Google Play Billing; iOS digital purchases use Apple In-App Purchase.

Age And Accounts

  • Mystery Chess is available through the website, Android app, and iOS app, subject to each platform's availability and age rating.
  • Younger players should use Mystery Chess with parent or guardian help where required.
  • The coaching/service marketplace remains a later phase and will require separate terms, safety controls, and provider review before activation.
